The End of the Whirlwind

I am laying in bed with my laptop and reflecting on last week. Here are my thoughts:

  • Emergent was good. Refreshing.

  • It's amazing how blogging can bring people together. The next Emergent (2007) will be amazing because of how many of us bloggers will be conversing through the internet between now and then.

  • Man, my blogs this week have been too freaking long.

  • The term Methomergent has apparently caught on. I do believe this is the first time I have coined a phrase that has caught on. It's certainly the first time a phrase I've coined in a blog has caught on!

  • I can't believe how many people showed up for my show last night at Caffeine. Thanks to everyone who came out! Read the MySpace blog.

  • Got connectional at a district youth event tonight at Cook's UMC. Could have used a little more time of interaction between all the groups... but it was great to hear Jacob Armstrong speak and Craig Goff rock out on some blues. He even did a couple Larry Norman songs!

Goodnight. I'm sleeping until I wake up tomorrow. No alarms. No wake up calls. No shirt. No shoes. No problem, mon.
